This policy explains what information Stolle Automation ("we," "us") collects when you visit stolleautomation.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because there isn't much to it.

What we collect

Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, business name, and whatever you write in the chat widget, the request form, or the appointment calendar.
Basic website data — the pages you visit and general technical information (browser, device type) that any website records.

How we use it

To reply to your question, schedule and confirm appointments, and deliver services you've asked for.
To send text messages you've consented to (see below).
To keep records of our work together.

Text messaging (SMS) consent

When you provide your phone number through our website chat widget and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Stolle Automation at that number. There are two kinds, and each has its own checkbox:

Informational / transactional messages — replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates.
Promotional messages — occasional offers or announcements, only if you separately opted in to them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. You can also call or email us using the contact information below.

We do not share your phone number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Who else sees your information

We use service providers to run our business — a customer-relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and the telephone carriers that deliver calls and texts. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as we have a business reason to — typically for as long as you're a client or an active inquiry, and for our records afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Text STOP to opt out of messages.
Email or call us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
